The Events Intern role is a fantastic position within the Advisory team here at Criticaleye. Criticaleye is a peer-to-peer Board Community for CEOs, senior executives, and global leadership teams. We have over 20 years’ experience working with individuals and senior teams.

The Events Intern will support both the Events team with the Criticaleye annual calendar of events, and the Advisory team in the capacity of delivering on our obligations to event sponsors/partners. Starting from July 2023, this is a 1-year paid placement.

The role is based in Blackfriars, London and will require occasional travel (UK only). The role is hybrid with a split of time spent in our London office and working from home. You will report into the Account Executive for our Advisory practise.

As an Events Intern, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects and your main responsibilities will include:

  • To support the Events/Advisory Team to deliver on events
  • To assist the Events Team with the maintenance of the events pages in relation to sponsors and communications with sponsors
  • Attending events and assisting with the registration process
  • Undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Monthly reporting sponsorship delivery KPIs
  • Project managing sponsor communication plans and working with our marketing team to deliver
  • Assist the Account Executive with helping to identify, research and approach new target sponsors
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of welcome packs, project plans and post event reporting for Retreat and Forum sponsors
  • Help organise and coordinate regular meetings with the client-side account teams in the delivery of service for our sponsors
  • Collaborate with all areas of the business efficiently
