We are looking for ambitious people to join our vibrant and fast paced New Business Sales team in Central Manchester. It will be your role to identify, engage & qualify new customers, then get them to commit to an appointment with one of our sales team, who will then look to convert them to a customer.
Don’t’ worry if you’ve limited sales or tech experience, we’ll fully train you on our products and services. We’ll also give you full training on lead generation, how to make successful outbound calls and ultimately get that appointment. We have lots of amazing people within our Sales function who you can learn from too.
Whether you want to be next biggest seller or Account Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to shape your future at ANS.
What will I be doing?
- Generate quality leads to make appointments and fill events for the Sales teams
- Work closely with the Marketing team and follow up on Direct Marketing to both customers and prospects
- Gather and record account profile information from speaking to decision makers
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in the CRM
- Deliver against set targets and productivity KPIs
What will I bring?
- High degree of motivation, energy and focus

- Fast on feet, quick learner, comfortable with minimal resources and wearing several hats through the sales process
- Ability to discuss business benefits and results to get the appointment
- Demonstrate ability to organize and prioritize, while working with a sense of urgency against a weekly and monthly quota
- Excellent phone, email and web etiquette and professional polish is required
