Come and join the team and work at fantastic events such as Oktoberfest, The Haunted Castle, Music Concerts, and Christmas at the Castle which includes an ice rink and light show.
We are looking for dynamic team players who are looking for a fun and engaging role. From formal banquets in the Great Hall, to fairy tale weddings, lively themed dinners aswell as conferences and team days, our range of events is incredibly diverse.
The Role
This is a high energy customer facing role. Your role will require you to have the ability to work under pressure, whilst ensuring our customers have a great time during their visit.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Serving food and drinks to guests at their tables
- Cleaning and bussing the tables between courses
- Working on the bar and replenishing drinks
- Interacting with guests
- Marshalling events
- Supporting with the set up and closedown of events

- The ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure

- The ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
This is a seasonal role. Shifts can be up to 12 hours with a finish time of 3am.
