Our good client, Marie Curie is seeking a Special Events Administrator to support their Special Events team.
Location: London (Fully remote working available)
Salary: £13.90p/h (umbrella)
Contract length: 10 weeks initially
Hours: 21 per week
The role will primarily support the Senior Special Events Manager to maintain all the event administration including but not limited to; communicating with high-value guests and donors, copywriting event materials, procuring auction prizes, creating attractive event materials, researching and purchasing event materials and keeping accurate records on the database, supporting with keeping financial records and invoicing, as well as undertaking general administration duties.

Experience of event planning or project management is desirable but not essential. We are looking for:
- A proven track record in delivering excellent and accurate customer service
- The ability to write creative copy for difference audiences
- A supportive team working ethos, as well as the initiative to manage your own work plan
- Strong IT skills, including all Microsoft Office applications, a working knowledge of databases and design software
- Understanding of general office systems and procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled demonstrable organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail
