Business Systems Analyst
Luton/Hybrid
Job Purpose
The role will strive to implement and maintain efficient systems, as an enabler for the easyJet strategy. Through being a key liaison between the business and IT, the role provides Tech Managers SME Analysis services allowing them to enhance the customer proposition.
The role helps define the next iteration of innovation by working with the technical teams to investigate technological advances which easyJet will use, ensuring consistency and improvement in IT systems use throughout the business.
You will gain Intimate knowledge of people / process / systems required for services provided in the domain. As the Business Systems Analyst will gain understanding of business needs and priorities, assessing the impact of changes, capturing, analysing and document requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Conduct structured analysis to elicit, model and define the capability gap using known techniques (context, business process, and/or use case modelling)
- Elicit, analyse, prioritise, and define all requirement types using appropriate techniques.
Requirements of the Role
Skills & Experience
- Practical experience in Business Analysis
- A strong track record in delivering quality analysis outputs that help to ensure delivery of projects to cost, time and quality.
- Experience of both waterfall and agile approaches to requirements analysis and documentation
- Excellent relationship management skills with significant experience of dealing with internal, external, and third-party suppliers.
Desirable skills/experience
- Technical knowledge and experience from working as a Programmer, or database admin type roles.
