Your role in a nutshell…
As our Producer, you’re responsible for blowing our clients’ socks off with amazing experiences. You’ll be at the heart of the action, dealing with budgets, briefs and builds (the list goes on).
Key responsibilities
- Event Ops – you are a whizz at following process and as needed implementing it too. You’ll bring in the right suppliers for the right jobs, in budget and on time, working closely with our directors to make sure we nail the client’s brief
- Client Relationships – you’ll develop strong working relationships with our clients, helping to make sure we get repeat business and that new business opportunities are sought, cascading relevant information to the wider team as and when needed
- Communication – you’ll offer timely and accurate updates on all client and project developments, using the appropriate channels (e.g. Monday, Watsapp, Teams, face to face meetings)
- Kick-off Meetings – it’s your job to get the show on the road, setting up K.O meetings for all new events to ensure the right people are involved from the start of a project
- Project Management – you’ll keep delivery on track, host project meetings, and share updates via Monday at end of each day
- Scheduling & Resourcing – you’ll work with our directors to make sure all events are resourced effectively and deadline dates are agreed prior to the start of the project
- Pitches – you’ll join the creative war room, helping us come up with unbeatable ideas. Working alongside our directors and the wider team, you’ll help create winning pitches to the nine-point presentation plan
- Creative – it’s your role to support the creative process, briefing the creative team and freelancers, checking it’s what the client asked for and that it’s in budget. Working with the Director’s you’ll make sure visuals are on brief and the artwork is on point and ensure the print process is adhered to
- Video – you’ll understand video, be able to take solid brief, and oversee all elements of delivery, liaising with clients to offer a seamless experience
- Budgets – you will profficently pull together budgets and be ultimately accountable for delivering against them, including hitting the project profit target and cashflow management. You’ll raise POs and make sure invoicing up- to-date, so reconciliation can always be completed on time
- Build – you’ll have a topline understanding of working drawings and floorplans, overseeing the build delivery and contracting the right suppliers at the right time. You’ll make sure documents feature numbered floorplans, corresponding budgets and artwork/working drawings, communicating and cascading these processes effectively via Monday
- On-site Management – you’ll be comfortable overseeing the delivery of a job onsite, keeping the client in-the- know
- Event Bibles – you’ll make sure the production aspect of the event bibles is properly thought-through and in line with all relevant build documentation
- Debrief – we do great things but can always learn and improve. You’ll organise debriefs and share back key learnings, making sure the template is filled in after each event, with a brief description of event, photos and any video
- Health & Safety – you’ll fully understand your duty of care, cascading and mentoring the team, ensuring they understand H&S legislation and responsibilities so we remain compliant at all times. You’ll make sure other teams are compliant too in collaboration with our Production H&S Manager

Ideally, you’ll have:
- At least two years’ experience working within a fast-paced industry
- Strong interpersonal skills – you’re a real people person
- A kick-ass knowledge of the events industry
- A relevant qualification
- Ideas of your own you can contribute to help take us from strength-to-strength
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude and want to help shape our culture as we grow
- An inquisitive mind – you like to learn and take on feedback without a flinch to improve yourself
- A solid knowledge of project management tools and ability to be flexible with our processes
