- Answering telephone calls and emails
- Collecting and showcasing reviews
- Manage bookings and booking calendar
- Manage enquiries
- Assisting management with daily business needs
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports
The Applicant
- Previous experience with Microsoft office
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
- Have a good telephone manner
- Should be well organised and have good timekeeping
- Be pro-active and will need to implement initiative to overcome difficult tasks
- Be able to problem solve
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: £18,546.00-£21,044.00 per year
