Job description

We are a leading retail trade show for fashion and design. The event planner will support our team by managing the production of our retail trade shows and virtual events. They will contribute to an efficient workspace through general office assistance. Applicants should be highly motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly shifting environment. There is an opportunity for growth for those passionate about e-commerce and live trade show event space. An ideal candidate will have some experience in fashion, e-commerce, and event production.

Responsibilities:

• Exhibitor communication including distribution and tracking of contracts, recording payments, and general event communication
• Booking third-party vendors, securing and scheduling rentals, staff, and security
• On-site assisting during event, ticketing, customer service, fulfilling exhibitor needs, errands
• Creation of in-house graphics for internal communication and promotional assets
• Managing virtual and online events and sales through our social media and ecome-commecommenceoffice assisting including email, maintaining a calendar, shipping and receiving
• Some travel required for shows
• Weekend hours required for shows

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in event production
• Shopify or other ecommerce experience
• Fluency in social media
• Graphic design and image editing software including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom
• Tech-savvy
• Google Sheets, Microsoft Outlook

Compensation

• Full-time exempt employee, salary see listing range
• Two weeks earned vacation time per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
