Job description
At the core of our business is the love of Spanish bar-culture. We import the best wines, sherries, Jamón, cheese and other wonderful produce from Spain to sell in our delis, bars & other retailers within the UK. To bring this all together we need the best people.
We have expanded our business by opening Spanish Wines by Ultracomida here in Cardiff in August 2022 after the success of the first branch opening in Aberystwyth in 2021. Spanish Wines is a multi tiered company which is home to a warehouse, retail space and events bar. Not only is it a distribution hub for South Wales but it is also be open to the public to purchase wonderful Spanish wines and food.
We are on the hunt for a Warehouse Assistant/Driver to join and help develop our new warehouse, events bar and retail space here in Cardiff.
Do you have the following skills/attributes:
Essential
- Warehouse experience
- FLT trained
- Stock management experience
- IT proficient
- Clean driving licence
- Enthusiastic and driven
- Great communication skills
- Team player
Key responsibilities (not exhaustive)
- Recruitment, training & compliance
- Stock management, rotation & traceability
- Dispatching and receipt of goods
- Stock Management and rotation
- Maintaining all aspects of the retail, events bar and warehousing units
- Driving sales throughout the business
- Flexibility in your working practice
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
