Job description
Rogers Wholesale Foods Ltd are looking for an exceptional individual to be a Supervisor and assist the Management Team at our largest warehouse within the group. Our Supervisors are passionate about doing well; motivating and developing the teams to deliver that all important excellent customer service .

The Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in `Warehouse / Retail Management at Supervisor level or above.
- An experienced people-person with strong leadership skills and the ability to assist in managing and developing staff.
- Experienced in supervising large teams (of 20+ staff) in a fast-paced, customer driven environment.
- Customer Service focused & can deal effectively with customer and staff issues
- Be motivated to ensure productivity targets are achieved and assist in ensuring that all daily warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
- Be motivated to increase sales and have a good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Experience of working in a retail environment is essential, preferably within a high volume, fast paced business
- Store Supervisor applicants will be reliable with a professional and focused approach to store operations, leadership and development, taking direction from and supporting the Store and Store Assistant Managers in day-to-day operations.
- Have knowledge of Social media channels and being involved in planning posts and social media lives to capture the customer reflecting the best opportunity for the business.
- Forklift licence (an advantage but not essential)
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Administration skills
