Job Description
The key responsibilities for this Events Executive (Hybrid) within legal are:
- Manage delivery of specific London client events from end-to-end, including initial strategic planning and objective setting right through to execution and analysis / ROI reporting.
- High level support on other keynote events as and when required for London-based events which are international in scope.
- Produce reports and statistics on key London event activity to measure the return on investment and devise measurement processes to record this information.
- Produce engaging and relevant event-related marketing collateral.
- Coach and mentor colleagues with general London events administration.
- Ad-hoc tasks where necessary.
The Successful Applicant
For this Events Executive (Hybrid) in London for this global legal business you'll have the following experience:
- Have experience working within a Corporate environment or, ideally, within Professional Services.
- Hold a Degree/CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing (desirable)
- Be able to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness in both approach and delivery.
- Possess excellent communication skills along with proven experience in successfully managing projects.
- Demonstrate a professional approach in terms of commitment and internal client care.
- Be able to demonstrate experience in dealing with a demanding workload and conflicting priorities.
- Strong time management, ability to prioritise workflow.
- Have the ability to see delegated tasks through to completion at a high standard.
- Have the ability to stay calm and composed in often demanding situations.
- Display a consistently positive attitude and adopt a proactive 'can do' approach.
