We love this company and so will you. WestGroup Research is a full-service Market Research Company that has been helping businesses for over 60 years and located in Phoenix, AZ. You will help us conduct market research interviews remotely by telephone. Interviews are surveys and opinion polls regarding products and services used by consumers and businesses. You must be able to engage respondents in dialog and handle rejection when they do not want to participate. What’s even better is if you are persuasive!

This job is for you! Work from home!!! We are looking for individuals to work M-F 5pm to 9pm AZ time. Saturdays will be mandatory for the first 90 days and minimum shifts for days you work are 3 hours. We are looking for individuals to commit to at least three days a week. (Including the Mandatory Saturdays for the first 90 days - if required at the time based on studies)
Next Training Class: Monday June 26th through Wednesday June 28th from 5pm to 9pm AZ time. Mandatory training for these first three days.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Excellent Communicator with ability to build natural rapport with a wide variety of people
- Comfortable using technology
- Conduct computer/phone based interviews with high degree of accuracy and integrity.
- Follow project specifications.
- Maintain company dialing standards.
- Exercise courtesy and professionalism to all respondents.
- Maintain confidentiality of all collected data.
- HIGH level of detail
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- High School diploma or GED
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Current working desktop or laptop running Windows and latest version of Chrome browser (no MAC as they are not compatible with our phone program)
- High-speed internet connection of at least 20 Mbps
- Complete assessments with this job posting. When completing the phone questions, answer in both English and Spanish. You will not be considered for this position is the assessment and phone interview questions are not completed.
- A quiet environment
- Use of Slack, Zoom and 3CX or other VOIP systems are preferred but not required
