You are a multifaceted marketer, a strategic thinker and a problem-solver who possesses a creative perspective. You know how to translate data and insights into actionable plans and have the operational know-how to bring ideas to life, working across the company to ensure key stakeholders have the information they need to propel their functions forward. This is an exciting opportunity to redefine our audience and brand marketing strategy for TTG’s UK-based portfolio of brands, including TodayTix, LondonTheatre.co.uk and BoxOffice.co.uk.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee planning and execution of all brand campaigns for TodayTix Group brands in the UK, with a special focus on TodayTix. This includes leading integrated marketing planning across owned, earned and paid media to support TT’s various commercial and brand objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of each brand’s existing audiences, product features, key benefits and unmet consumer & partner needs in order to develop compelling integrated brand campaigns
- Gather, analyse and synthesise market trends, business performance, and customer insights to inform audience targeting and go-to-market strategy
- Write business and creative briefs, including key objective, goals, audience, deliverables, KPIs and other campaign considerations and requirements
- Partner with GM of London & Director of Show Marketing to build TTG’s UK integrated marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and events achieve brand, revenue, and show/venue partner goals
- Work with global product marketing to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of new product features in the market
- Work with merchandising, product and partnerships teams to ensure the event inventory and product experience reflect each brand’s values
- Identify sponsorships and other activation opportunities that elevate our brands and drive brand health metrics and audience growth goals
- Turn research, data, macro-trends and competitor insights into strategic recommendations and action plans
- Review brand creative and messaging to ensure it is in line with overall positioning and voice
- Work with creative team and external agency partners on the development, design and production of creative assets
- Provide relevant insights & talking points about TTG brands to support partner marketing initiatives and collateral
- Work closely with analytics teams to define the measurement of brand campaigns/activations and optimise creative campaigns based on learnings
- Monitor category trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Be an ambassador for our UK brands and target audiences; create alignment and ensure brand consistency internally and externally
We're Looking for Someone With:
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing
- Understanding of the UK entertainment landscape, preferably with experience in the live entertainment space
- Demonstrated ability to frame and solve unstructured problems
- Well versed in a variety of research methodologies, frameworks, data utilisation
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience managing multiple brands in the same market or vertical, and/or two-sided marketplace brands, a plus
- Passion for theatre, performing arts and cultural events essential
