Working in our Customer Success Team, you’ll be managing the creation of high-quality email marketing campaigns for our wide variety of clients, including national and international brands such as: Vax, Vision Direct, Cocomelon, Motability and Ninja Warrior. We’re a dynamic team, constantly adapting, improving and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in email.

What does a day at Jarrang look like?
- Liaising with clients and colleagues to create and manage project plans
- Brief and manage effective email marketing campaigns based on client requirements, working closely with the Design & Development team
- Quality assurance and ‘pre-flight’ checking of email campaigns to ensure the highest quality output
- Develop effective client relationships by providing excellent customer service and insightful recommendations
- Create strategic account plans to identify and escalate account risks, therefore driving retention and expansion of an allocated client portfolio

- Has strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills
- Is able to effectively manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities with ease. Has excellent time management skills
- Dedicated to maximising client performance with eagerness to learn and receive feedback
- Has strong commercial acumen
Skills that will be considered as a plus:
- Experience with GSuite, ClickUp ,Hubspot and /Salesforce marketing cloud
We’d love you to have previous experience in email marketing, but don’t worry if you haven’t as we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

The salary is negotiable based on experience alongside a host of other benefits, including:
