Join a dynamic and thriving B2B media company based in the heart of London! We are currently seeking an Events Coordinator to be a key player in our renowned international events portfolio.
As an Events Coordinator, you'll have the chance to work on a wide range of exciting projects, from forums and think tanks to awards ceremonies and networking events. This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic individuals looking to gain more experience in the events field.
Your responsibilities will span the entire event lifecycle. Prior to the events, you'll handle delegate registration, provide accurate attendee and revenue reporting, and maintain CRM data. You'll also play a crucial role in liaising with event sponsors, updating event microsites, and assisting with event logistics.
On-site, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, from managing the registration desk to handling queries and supporting Q&A sessions. Professionalism and outstanding customer service are vital in representing our company.
After the event, you'll process attendee data, collaborate with the accounts department for credit control, and gather feedback for post-event reports. Your eye for detail will be essential in maintaining accurate records and updating event websites with photos and statistics.
We're looking for someone highly organized, great at multitasking, and with excellent communication skills. Previous administrative experience is highly desirable, and knowledge of Excel, Word, and CRM systems is a plus.
