We are one of the leading event photography companies in the South. We specialise in content creation for nightlife, festival, and music events, working with everyone from local organisers to the biggest international artists.

The job will be primarily focused around photography but there will be videography opportunities too. Videography experience is not essential although is a benefit. Please send examples of your work either in the form of a portfolio, link to a website, or links to social media. We will consider applications without a CV as long as a portfolio is provided. A CV or cover letter are secondary to seeing your work.
Job overview:
- The candidate will be shooting local nightclub photography residencies at various venues mainly in Brighton but possibly also across the South.
- Shooting with the team on larger projects such as music festivals.
- Assisting the team with editing.
- The role is based in Brighton.
- Hours will be split between shoots which are fixed times, often after midnight, and editing/office work which can be done at flexible times from home.
- Shoot days are primarily Friday and Saturday nights so the position could work around another part time job for the right candidate.
- Regular training and feedback will be provided as we want to help every member of the team improve their work.
Requirements:
- A portfolio of photography is essential.
- There are no formal requirements for photography, you do not need to have studied it at any level. Candidates will be judged on the quality of their work and their attitude.
- Knowledge of technical photography skills and camera operation are required. Specialist training will be provided but a strong core knowledge is necessary.
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop is essential.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is beneficial.
- A showreel or examples of video work would be beneficial but is not essential to the application.
- An ability to work independently and fulfil a brief is key to succeeding in the role.
- A professional demeanour will be expected. The role will often require shooting unaccompanied for clients and the candidate must give a positive representation of the company at all times.
- The candidate must have their own camera though company equipment can also be made available for use.
