We have a great opportunity for a Care Assistant to join our team in our Day Service and one of our specialist support teams which runs in conjunction with Boscombe Connect.
As a Care Assistant you will work as part of the larger team that supports adults with varying disabilities, including clients with mental health needs. We support our clients in the community and building based activities, focusing on well-being and outcomes for the clients who attend our services.
You will engage in meaningful and goal-led activities with positive outcomes, within the day service and in the community.
The successful candidate will need to work in a person-centred way and tailor activities and experiences to each individual. There will be elements of 1-1 working and personal care. Training will be provided at no cost; travel costs will be covered. Car/driver is desirable.
Experience is desirable but a friendly disposition and willingness to learn is equally important. Come and join this quality service and be part of a team that really makes a difference!
