Job description
We are recruiting for an Event Logistics and Staff Scheduling Manager to join our team at our Silverstone Circuit office. The role involves working with our events teams across the UK to schedule resources to help us deliver Traffic Management to our clients.
The role will include supporting our recruitment team in bringing new talent to the company and will require some weekend working especially May and August Bank Holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting staff for events, conducting interviews and ensuring they are set up on the appropriate systems.
- Respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage the applications of staff onto the CSAS scheme within different Police Forces.
- Ensure all staff have the correct uniform and equipment before leaving the office to attend site.
- Schedule all relevant work across different platforms.
Essential Skills
- Experience of scheduling staffing resources and/or human resources administration
- Good oral and written English
- Good IT skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Good ability of using mobile based apps
- Able to work by yourself and as part of a multi-level team
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Please note this job will involve travelling to events such as music festivals around the United Kingdom including staying away from home. This job will involve weekend working.
