Role Outline
The Royal Albert Hall is recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Event Coordinator to join our Production and Technical team.
The Royal Albert Hall Production and Technical department is responsible for the delivery of all productions and events throughout the building. The Event Coordinator will work in all areas of the Royal Albert Hall, but primary focus will be coordinating and delivering the events in spaces beyond the Main Auditorium, including the Elgar Room.
The Event Coordinator will take responsibility for the planning and delivery of a wide variety of events, working closely with internal stakeholders and incoming clients, productions and promoters. In addition to this, the Event Coordinator will work alongside and support the Event Managers on larger events in the auditorium, including occasionally covering Main Auditorium duty shifts where appropriate.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who has previous experience of working in the live events industry. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals wishing to further their career in the event management sector at a world-class venue.
