Position

MISSION STATEMENT

Key Mission of the Store Manager is to successfully lead the performance of the business and the sales by ensuring that all standards in terms of performance, processes and team management are compliant with FENDI values and guidelines.

The Store Manager is responsible for the business development and targets achievement, by building up a loyal client base through the promotion of FENDI history, craftmanship, quality of materials and creativity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Management and Business Development

  • Analyze the business, propose and implement action plans to improve results, generate sales for each product category,
  • Demonstrate sales leadership for staff and set performance targets for team and individual with relevant to KPIs
  • Be aware of local trading environment and its impact on our sales, including competitors' trading activities
  • Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company's KPIs and policies
  • Inform management of decisions and procedures relating to business made at store level and any staff issues
  • Manage day-to-day needs and administration

Client Management

  • Manage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering excellent customer service standards;
  • Act as brand ambassador to strengthen/build relationships with VIP clientele/new customers
  • To develop loyal FENDI clients and implement appropriate CRM tools and clienteling initiatives including in-store events

Team Management

  • Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations
  • Enhance individual's performance via by discussing individual performance every month, daily coaching
  • Conduct a brief every day and animate the brief with a “Team Board”
  • Manage sales force to achieve sales goals effectively and assign clearly their day-to-day tasks
  • Manage and supervise the team in the correct execution of all company operating and stock procedures
  • Improve Mystery Shopper Results with action plans
  • Work with HR Dept. in recruiting the most qualified applicants to meet the store needs
  • Supervise store personnel and enforce Company policies while adhering to proper procedures regarding disciplinary action
  • Ensure the proper management of staffing roster to provide appropriate store coverage
  • Responsible for full spectrum on-the-job-training, reinforce brand's DNA in the team and spirits, KPIs
  • Set up In-Store training routine and identify individual and team training needs to develop Talents and communicate these needs to HR Department

Operations / General Store Conditions / Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure that Visual Merchandising is consistent with Company standards
  • Align periodically visual merchandising & sales performance.
  • Take necessary actions to effectively control costs and ensure efficient operation in the store
  • Lead store operatiions activities including: stock management and inventory running, after sales, team and store compliance to internal guidelines, policies and operating rules, security and facilicities.


Profile

  • minumu 10 years experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales
  • 5-7 years experience in a Managerial role
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Manages his/ her image standards on a high level.
  • Strong selling and communication skills are necessary
  • Excellent relationships skills, self-motivated, friendly and resilient.
  • Leadership, confidence, organization, professionalism
  • Strong customer orientation skills.
  • Administration and financial skills
  • Goal oriented approach, multitasking
  • Computer skills
  • Strong knowledge and/or interest for fashion/luxury industry
