We have an exciting opening to join our Event Sales team in Manchester. We're looking for someone to assist in working with our top clients and campaigns, improving their brand awareness and assisting in lead generation!

Here at Pentagon we specialise in expanding our clients market reach by promoting their company and products directly towards their target audience via our targeted events marketing campaigns.
The Role
All of Event Sales Assistants undergo training in quality customer acquisition and customer service and are taught by experienced team account managers who have already ran successful campaigns within Pentagon. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong student mentality, ambition and great working habits.
Your Responsibilities:
- Market on behalf of our clients via event marketing
- Improving new customer acquisitions for our clients
- Liaise with customers in a professional manner
- Set up events and drive event success
- Monitor event KPI's
- Report on event analytics
- Improving customer retention for our clients
- Providing superior customer relations
- Creating brand awareness

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
