Customer Service Advisor

There are two part time positions available, rota-based Mon - Fri, between the hours of 8-6, for a fixed term of 9 months (maternity cover). The starting salary is £21,585 pro rata rising to £23,374 pro-rata after key competencies of the role are met. As we expand to meet demand there are opportunities for career growth in many departments, so there is room for the right candidate to forge their perfect job.

About the role
Within your role as Customer Services Advisor, you will:
- Effectively manage all enquiries from customers through various mediums, ensuring a professional and effective service is provided whilst managing expectations.
- Manage all customer payments, ensuring that all financial payments made are accurately processed, reconciled and secure.
- Provide an effective administrative support service to the wider organisation.
About You
To be considered for the role of Customer Services Advisor you will need to be able to demonstrate you have:
- 2 years Customer Service experience
- Experience of working in a contact/call centre
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- A proven high level of ICT literacy.
- Patience and a genuine willingness to help.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Evidence of dealing with challenging situations and high levels of personal resilience.
- Evidence of being able to problem solve and think outside the box.
- Educated to Level 2 or equivalent.
- Experience of live chat support desirable.
