Due to growth we are looking for a results driven Part Time Evening Customer Service Advisor to join our busy contact centre team, working from home.
£13,470 per annum + great benefits (25 hours)
This role requires you to work between 5pm-10pm Sunday-Friday.
At its heart, this role is about people. If you have a passion for customer experience and enjoy engaging with people, we would love to hear from you.
Working from home, you’ll handle webchat, inbound and outbound calls to help all sorts of customers. It might start with a basic order, but with your influencing skills, talent for negotiation and friendly personality, you’ll turn it into more.
This is what we’re looking for;
- Be able to think quickly on your feet, enabling the best outcome for all customers
- Great rapport building ability – communication is key
- A strong level of written and verbal communication, with a great attention to detail.
- Be able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
- Experience on SAP would be desirable, but not essential – our training is second to none.
- Basic knowledge/experience of MS Office Packages
