The golf trips that we provide are tailor-made for each group. We cover a wide range of European products. Our key regions include Portugal, Spain, Turkey, Scotland, Ireland, and the UK.
The Role
Our travel agents have years of experience arranging clients’ bespoke golf holidays.
You will coordinate every element of a customer’s experience, including transport, accommodation, and golf tee times.

Excellent product knowledge of the travel and/or golf travel sector is highly beneficial.
Working from home, the right candidate should be a self-starter & enjoy the challenge of developing their own client base. Responsible for overseeing multiple clients simultaneously and delivering high service levels with excellent client relations.
Generating new sales leads and opportunities within the golf travel industry.

Key Responsibilities
The Successful candidates will be daily:
- Responding to incoming enquiries and leads
- Fact finding and developing a clear idea of clients’ needs and wants and helping to recommend through a high level of knowledge trips which will suit each individual group.
- Building great relationships with clients and ensuring that each client is valued and supported in every step of the booking process.
- Develop a perfect knowledge base of Core hotels and Golf courses in each region in which we operate.
- Building great relationships with our Core suppliers
- Building Inventories for clients that are costed in multiple currencies and supplying knowledgeable and detailed quotations.
- Managing a live database of active clients and completing multiple touch points with clients to keep enquiries active.
- Working to achieve targets and KPI’s within the business.
- Converting sales leads into bookings with clients that want the best level of service in the industry.
- Working closely with the aftersales team ensuring that each trip is perfectly executed for our clients.
Do you have to be a golfer?
The simple answer is no; however, a knowledge of the industry is preferable. We are a travel business that operates within the golf sector. We sell experiences where golf is the major element. Training will be supported for those with a lower level of knowledge in golf.
Candidate Requirements
The right candidate would have the following skill set:
- Great service skills
- Someone who can communicate with clients from all walks of life.
- Someone that is meticulous and highly organised.
- Ambitious
- Creative
- Can self-motivate working from a home base.
- Have flexibility in working hours. Although the role is Monday – Friday 09h00 – 17h30, at points clients will need to be communicated with and assisted outside of these hours.
- A great eye for detail.
- A passion for travel
- Ideally with prior experience in one of the following sectors: Golf Sales, Leisure Sales, Travel Industry, Hotel Sales.
- Although not essential, the ideal candidate would be located in the South/South East of the U.K.
