We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the role of bricklayer within our Responsive Repairs team.
About the role
We have a number of vacancies within our Property Services teams. These roles have become available due to our continued growth in the North-East and as part of our on-going commitment to provide as many good quality homes as we can; to deliver excellent service to our customers; and to shape strong, sustainable places for our communities.
About you
We are looking for a Bricklayer to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.
You should have completed a recognised bricklaying trade apprenticeship or have equivalent relevant experience, and possess all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of bricklaying works to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic, premises ranging from minor repairs to the installation of major components
You should hold the relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and also have experience and practical knowledge of carrying out multi-skilled works in other trades.
Customer service skills are essential for this role as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
