Estate Patrol Officer
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for Estate Patrol Officers, who will work at our client’s prestigious premises in London.

Duties as a Estate Patrol Officer
- Engage with all visitors, guests and staff of the estate and its accompanying buildings
- Exhibit excellent, “five-star” customer service at all times in all interactions
- Ensure they are patrolling or on post at the correct times
- Ensure all equipment is serviceable being used correctly and in good working order
- Ensure all instructions, both written and verbal are adhered to
- Be correctly dressed and briefed to their duty
- Carry a radio always whilst on duty
- Have read and understood the assignment instructions
- Assist in the event of evacuations, liaison with emergency responders
- Have their SIA license and company identification with them and displayed always
- Direct visitors to the correct buildings, receptions or outlets on the estate
- Complete external patrols to a high standard ensuring patrol system is used
- Complete DOB books, maintenance and accident books
- Ensure the smooth flow of traffic around the estate
- Support the building security teams in emergency situations
- Report security or safety issues to the Duty Shift Manager
- Deal with conflict in an appropriate manner if required
- To have awareness of the client’s business and brands
- Vehicle checking and searching as and when required
- Follow all reasonable requests from the Controller, Duty Shift Manager, Head of Security or any member of the Estate Security Team
- To be on post, on time as dictated by duty rota or as instructed by Duty Shift Manager or above
Requirements as an Estate Patrol Officer
In this position you will work predominantly outside so must be physically fit and prepared to work in all weather conditions. All PPE will be provided.
To be successful in this role you will hold a valid SIA Licence and have a good level of English both written and spoken. You will also need to be customer focused with the ability to remain calm in emergencies and dealing with customers. The ability to work in a team is also essential, along with the ability to work unsupervised.
Additionally, you will have a competent level of IT skills. Previous security experience would also be beneficial.
