We have exciting opportunities available to work in residential care settings as support workers.

We are looking for people who have a passion for supporting young people and are as committed to safeguarding them as we are

You will be expected to maintain the highest quality of care and support which meets the emotional, social and cultural needs of the young people.

Our assignments are based in various types of Children's residential homes around Cambridgeshire. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, compassionate and have a can-do approach. (Experience in care home setting is desirable but not essential) You will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment as a corporate parent in which young people feel safe and free from harm, sometimes providing assistance on a 1:1 basis to enable young people to address difficulty and stress they have experienced

The role is subject to various hours dependent on your availability and needs of the homes and young people. Most importantly you must be caring, hard working, honest and passionate about providing the best level of care and encouraging mental and physical development of young people. Person Requirements:

  • Must be 21+ to apply
  • A Full Driving Licence
  • Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check
  • Full reference check
