We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estate Manager – South to join MHA, a values-led charity for older people where you will make a difference to the lives of people every day.
About the role
In your role as Estates Manager- South, you will embed a proactive approach to service delivery to all schemes within the region to ensure efficient and compliant sites that are presentable, safe, and pleasant for staff, residents, and visitors.
You will assume a range of management responsibilities, including the delivering of reactive repairs, investment programmes, managing budgets and contract management.
You will manage a team of Property Surveyors and report directly to the Head of Estates - Operations. Your role includes ensuring surveyors are knowledgeable and capable of maintaining and managing all repairs activity, cyclical and capital improvement projects effectively and efficiently in collaboration with colleagues at MHA and external stakeholders.

You will be a self-motivated, calm and positive individual with great interpersonal and communications skills, a positive drive to deliver and tenacity to see projects through to conclusion.
