Working from a fun, buzzy office by Liverpool Street Station a great opportunity has arisen to work for an online estate agent that is currently changing the way people sell homes.

The business is expanding and requires someone who is great at sales to join the team and learn to become a sales valuer and win business from the leads we generate. This is a full time position based permanently in the office for someone who is looking to work for a fast growing, progressive company with big ambitions and plenty of room for future progression.

Key Responsibilities

· Pre-calling all appointments booked into your diary either directly online or via our internal teams (no cold calls or self-gen required)

· Winning as many instructions as possible by providing the best virtual valuation experience

· Keeping low cancellation rates and high conversion rates of valuation to listing

· Keeping high sale rates for all instructions brought to the market

· Using data to give the best advice to bring a property to the market

· Having a clear understanding of Sold.co.uk propositions in order to bring the property to the market at the right price and under the right proposition

· Strong sales ability to win instructions and upsell additional products

Ideal Candidate:

· Organised

· Strong rapport-building skills

· A flair for sales

· Strong Objection handling and can manage phone calls and conversations

· Strong telephone manner and comfortable using phone/video as prime mode of communication

· Excellent grammar for email correspondence

· Someone who is striving to improve themselves and progress within an expanding business

· Able to pick up new systems quickly

What you get from us:

· Basic salary £40,000

· Uncapped commission, initial OTE circa 70k+

· Working hours 8.45-18.00 Monday-Friday (early Friday finish), alternative Saturdays 10.00-16.00

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
