English School of Canada is looking for DYNAMIC and ENTHUSIASTIC teachers to join their Summer Teen Program team!
The Summer Teen Program brings over 450 international students to downtown Toronto each year. Students live and study at the University of Toronto, improving their English ability in-class and exploring Canadian culture through a variety of field trips and extra-curricular activities.
We are currently looking for (OCT) Teachers with ESL/ELL experience to join our 2023 team:
What you'll do:
- Plan + deliver engaging morning lessons for ELLs between the ages of 12-17
- Supervise afternoon field trips and outings to some of Toronto’s most popular tourist destinations
- Provide a safe, welcoming + fun environment, both in and out of the classroom
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor of Education degree from an accredited institution + OCT
- Experience working with ELLs in a multicultural environment
- Enthusiastic demeanour, cultural-awareness + passion to teach
- Experience working as a camp counsellor an asset
