HSDC is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to join our People Services team as a HR Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with one of our People Services Business Partners providing administrative support. You will be working with an assigned area of the College - supporting with recruitment, employment contracts, payroll changes, new staff and improving the employee experience.
Full Time: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

You will be responsible for creating innovative recruitment campaigns and ensuring that staff who are joining HSDC are fully supported and have an outstanding experience. You will ensure the safety of our College community by completing thorough pre-employment checks so a keen eye for detail is essential.
You will be responsible for entering and checking data on our HR system with full training and support provided by our team. The team are dynamic, forward thinking and solutions focussed and therefore we seek an individual that can complement this way of working. From your first day, we will encourage you to ask questions, review processes and contribute to improving our processes. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop by getting involved in projects which you are passionate about.
