We're looking for enthusiastic and engaging people, with exceptional customer service values, to join the team at Escape Brum.
As a Game Master you will host customer teams from the time they enter the premises, conducting their briefing, running their game, giving the after game debriefing, through to their exit from the premises, before resetting the game for the next team, ensuring every guest enjoys the best possible experience
Successful applicants will also assist in maintaining the venue, including cleaning and occasional small DIY tasks, plus other admin and odd jobs.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable talking to strangers, and in front of groups; be meticulous, with an eye for detail; be reliable and have excellent timekeeping.
As a small business, successful applicants will get first hand experience of how a small company runs, will likely be involved in idea generation and decision making, plus have the potential to become a key team member as the company grows.
Strong communication skills are a must, a love of puzzles and games apt!
No previous experience required, though a background in a customer service environment would be advantageous.
