Corporate Associate (Private Equity) – Hybrid working available and excellent benefits
Client
A leading private equity US law firm, repeatedly listed as having Leading Lawyers for private equity by Chambers Global, Chambers USA, Chambers Europe and Chambers UK
Role
You will focus on Private Equity transactions in the UK, Europe and globally.
Join a team which advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies at all stages of the downstream investment cycle.
Leading deals in a pro-active way, reporting directly to partners and counsel in the team and communicating with clients.
Leading on the drafting of sophisticated documentation.
Supervising more junior colleagues on other areas of the typical private equity process.
You
5- 6 years' relevant PQE, in a top tier private equity practice in the London market or experience in a similar common law jurisdiction.
Solid and broad Private Equity experience ready to take the next step in your career.
Experience of the structuring of private equity transactions and reviewing and commenting on structure papers, funds flows and funding documents.
Experience running transactions independently and enthusiastic about doing so on complex, cross-border deals.
A first-class academic record.
