Environmental Administrative Assistant/Technician - FULL TIME/PART TIME AVALIBLE
CMS-Enviro are a small family-owned environmental consultancy offering environmental advice and support to the waste management industry. We are looking for a new enthusiastic environmental administration assistant to join our team. This position is admin support to the CMS Team and some outdoor work will be required.
Starting Salary TBC, CMS offer routine salary reviews in line with developing responsibilities and skills.
No specific education required; full training provided to any successful candidates.
Key responsibilities and support may include:
- Data Entry into excel databases, reviewing of trends and reporting to CMS mgt.
- Supporting with laboratory liaison; processing water sampling receipts and dealing with laboratory issues/queries
- Order Management – completing orders/arranging returns on behalf of the team.
- Documentation Updates – as required by compliance and operations manager.
- Quarterly and Annual Report Support
- Invoice management
- CMS Vehicle/Equipment service management – arranging repairs/MOT’s etc.
- Environmental Audit Support – reporting to Operations Manager
- CMS Meeting Note Taker and Meeting Minute Circulation
- Work office and site based, home working available when appropriate/agreed.
- Site visits to support team as required (PPE to be provided)
Requirements:
- Very good Microsoft Excel and Word - with training provided for specific use
- Full/Clean driving license – for CMS van use
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
