- Being a café attendant is about more than just making a decent coffee.
- We are looking for a candidate who can work in a fast-paced environment, can go above and beyond for an outstanding experience has a clear passion for customer service, can be fun and outgoing, and has a good sense of humour and energy in their personality.
- A smile can also go a long way so it is essential when working in our café environment. It is also important to have a friendly nature, a can-do attitude, and an eye for detail.
- Although experience in hospitality is needed, there is always room for us to commit to teaching you what you don’t know.
- We require the candidate to have previous experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills.
- A strong command of the English language.
- And a passion for the hospitality industry.
