We are looking for a talented and resilient Environment Defect Manager ideally with experience in the Financial Services industry who is looking for their next challenge.
Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
- You’ll be responsible for the management, maintenance and control of all defects raised by the Payments Environment Engineering Team.
- You’ll represent team for the purposes of defect triage of defects.
- You’ll provide detailed trend analysis of defects raised during health check of the test environments, to enable focus to be directed at problematic areas with the view to reducing defects within these areas, chairing and managing all defect triage and defect management calls.
- You’ll have responsibility for the administration and management of Jira for the team.
What we need from you:
- Demonstrable experience of running a Defect Management Function.
- ALM / QC / Jira management experience.
- Proven experience of devising, implementing, and assuring Defect Management strategy within the team.
- Experience of collaborative working with experts in functional, non-functional and test automation disciplines.
- Broad stakeholder management experience.
