What’s the job…You will be our first line of defence against IT issues. You’ll take calls from our staff across the Trust and work with them to resolve issues in a timely manner, whilst being given the opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience by working alongside your colleagues as we bring CSET IT into the 21st Century!
