The Role
Our Entry Level Sales Programme is an excellent opportunity for those who are looking to pursue a career in sales or planning on utilising these skills for their own business or a separate venture. The programme is designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to excel in sales.
In addition to the training, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world sales projects and collaborate with our experienced sales team. This will give you the chance to apply your learning and showcase your creativity and problem-solving skills. You will also have access to mentors who will guide you throughout the programme, providing you with feedback on your work, answering your questions, and helping you navigate the challenges of the programme. By the end of the programme, you will have gained a well-rounded understanding of the sales process and be ready to embark on a successful career in any field you desire.
What will I be doing?
- Attend sales training sessions and workshops to learn about sales techniques and products/services
- Participate in on-the-job training and shadowing experienced sales professionals
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email or in-person meetings
- Prepare sales presentations and pitches for clients
- Collaborate with sales team members to develop effective sales strategies
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Update client information in our database and manage client accounts
- Analyse sales data and provide regular reports to management
- Attend team meetings and contribute to sales discussions and brainstorming sessions
- Work on sales projects and assignments assigned by the sales manager or team lead.
