Job description
Do you want to join a career where no two days are the same?
Do you have experience working within a people-centric role?
If so Crimson Panda is the place for you!
Due to a super exciting year of growth in 2022 (working with the likes of Hard Rock Digital and Pragmatic Play..*Mic drop*) we are now looking to add to our team with an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Co-Ordinator. As a team of 15, we are hardworking, collaborative and do things a little differently to others out there. We’re proud of our differences and are looking to break through the norms of the recruitment and HR industry.
Crimson Panda partners with businesses, mainly in the gaming and technology space to deliver fantastic recruitment experiences for candidates and hiring managers. So, are we a recruitment agency? NOWAY! Our model is very different, we become (part of) our client's inhouse recruitment team, looking after the whole process from recruitment planning, advert writing, headhunting through to offer and beyond!
Now, we don’t expect you to come in a know it all. That’s where our individual training and development plans come in – joining an established team of recruiters and reporting into a Talent Acquisition Manager we’ll quickly bring you up to speed and get you working on some exciting roles from your first week, you’ll make mistakes and that’s ok… as that’s ultimately how you will learn!
We are proud of our culture and believe we have curated something quite special – alongside the day to day benefits of working with our great team, we have some fab benefits to match including, healthcare and dental cover, quarterly bonus scheme, access to Udemy to boost your skills even further, unlimited holidays (*yes I know…unlimited how cool*)
If you are looking for a role where you will be rewarded with your hard work with flexibility, autonomy and a career where you are in the driver's seat then Crimson Panda may just be the place for you!
Who would be good at this role:
We are looking for an entry-level individual, who is looking for a career in a customer-focused role, someone who is confident at dealing with people and is OK managing multiple projects at once. Also, there will be a fair amount of administration to support the team and keep on top of the vacancies.
What you will be bringing to the table:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple and varied vacancies concurrently
- Any previous experience you have in a sales/customer focused/office admin environment will be a huge bonus here!
- A thirst for learning and the clear drive to continuously improve!
- Commercial acumen. You’ll be used to solving challenges in a practical way that meet business needs!
- Passion. You are passionate about doing a good job, you can think on your feet and are not looking for someone else to give you boxes to tick.
- Play as a team. Your interpersonal style fits with our culture and you’re great at building relationships.
- Find a better way. You don’t get in a funk when things go wrong, you learn from it and try something different next time.
