Role Introduction
As an Associate Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for delivery of general administration tasks within the Operations team, alongside being involved with researching/analysing our current business processes/workflows, in order to help us improve performance, increase revenue and save time.
What You Will Do
- Delivery of general administration tasks within the team
- Assist with analysis of existing business data and operational procedures through a variety of data sources from within the company
- Identify opportunities for improvement related to business operations, with a view to how we can increase efficiency and effectiveness and reduce cost
- Provide analysis and reporting of operational Performance to determine effectiveness

- Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and interpret data
- Prioritisation, multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to form strong business relationships all around the business
