Company overview:
We are a family run business of over forty years which comprises of four companies, which include hydraulic engineering, bottled LPG gas and garage. We are a small and friendly team looking for a team player to join us.
We are looking for an individual to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful individual with office experience, effective communication skills, experience with sales/purchases ledgers, competent using excel, knowledge of Sage 50 is desirable but not essential.
Role:
Answering and directing calls, relaying information and taking messages.
Processing LPG orders over the phone and preparing consignment notes.
Management of purchase ledgers – recording purchase invoices into sage and reconciliation of supplier statements.
Management of sales ledger – invoicing and credit control.
General office administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Office administrative experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Competent use of excel.
Experience with sales / purchase ledgers
Desirable:
Experience using sage 50.
