Are you looking for a seasonal job that’s full of FUN? Fancy working at the oldest operating aquarium in the world, where sharks and sea turtles watch on as you go about your daily work.
Working here feels pretty unique and our entertainments team are fizzing with fun and a vital ingredient in the guest experience! Therefore, we’re looking for someone who strives for the best, is guest focused, and isn't afraid to swim upstream!
What we are looking for
- You'll have loads of experience working in a customer facing environment
- Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
- Available to work weekends and bank holidays
You’ll be working out on the front-line within the attraction, welcoming, greeting, interacting with, and helping our guests at every opportunity, ensuring they get the absolute most from their visit.
On a typical day (if you can call it that) you could be working with school visits, self-guided tours, workshops for schools, on our exclusive glass bottom boat VIP experience or even giving daily creature presentations. You may also find yourself dressing up in costume.
Ensuring our guests have an intimate Ocean experience through fun, up close storytelling with hands on interaction. Providing interactive quality creature feeding presentations and talks to our guests, inspiring the future generation. You could also be assisting the site displays team with animal feeds.
This is a seasonal, fixed term positions to support us during the May school holidays and over the summer. Flexibility is essential as availability of work will vary throughout the season.
