Working for a new and rapidly growing sales, repairs and maintenance business in the automotive industry, as Head of Sales Administration you’ll work with the Head of Sales and the Finance team to provide the planning, reporting, and progressing of all vehicles sold by the business. You will also manage a team of 4 direct reports.


Salary
– Up to £50,000 Per Annum – DOE

Location – Knowsley

Role Type – Permanent / Full time / Monday-Friday / 8:30-5

The Role


You’ll assist in devising a strategic plan for the sales operations and adjust these plans each month based on fluctuations in stock and changes in order intake.


You'll also lead the Sales Administration team, ensuring that vehicle sales are processed from order to delivery. Attention to detail is key as you manage vehicle stocks to prevent build-up of aged stock and reduce stocking charges.


Collaboration is key in this role as you'll work closely with the Finance Team to align operational activities with financial reporting. Plus, you'll keep track of and maximise sales bonuses from the manufacturer.


We are searching for someone who likes to innovate, as the company is still relatively young, it’s open to new processes and procedures being implemented. In terms of reporting, you’ll provide regular sales updates on a weekly and monthly basis, be able to interpret data and spot where improvements can be made and utilise the central dashboards for automated reporting.


You will need a full clean UK driving license too!
