Pontins Sand Bay offers on-site bars and restaurants, as well as featuring a Nisa Local, Arcade, regular Entertainment, Themed Weekends, and children’s amusement activities. Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full-Time Seasonal Entertainment Technician onto our team.
As Entertainment Technician, you will be required to:
- Operation of Lighting, Sound & Video technologies within the entertainment’s venues.
- Basic maintenance & upkeep of performance equipment & spaces.
- Providing technical support to in-house & external production teams.
- Demonstratable competence in at least two of the referenced disciplines.
- Experience operating lighting & sound equipment in a live environment.
- Confidence using computers (PC) to playback production media.
- Report any issues to Entertainment Manager
The successful candidate will need to be creative and professional with the drive to succeed. Previous experience within the media/ entertainment industry is desirable. This is a live-on position - based on one of our parks and there are no charges for accommodation or utilities. Split-shift days are also available – six on & one off per week.
