Job Specification:
Contacting Key to Key customers as instructed, with the purpose on arranging a review appointment with a Sales Exec, ensuring that all relevant platforms are updated with detailed notes.
Handling inbound Digital Sales enquiries into the dealership. Ensuring all prospects receive a timely and quality response to their enquiry. It is important that the dealership digitally welcomes the prospect and introduces the benefits of buying from Mercedes-Benz Hertfordshire.
You will utilise all tools available such as Video, online media, and specific web links to engage and encourage the prospect to move to the next stage of the sales process.
Providing customers with specification information on all Mercedes-Benz products and services available through the retailer including aftersales.
Keeping up to date on competitor’s product information and using this to provide a critical comparison for potential customers.
Planning and managing the test drive process with the sales executive and offering product insight during the test drive appointment and evaluation of results.
Taking an interest in potential customer’s needs and requirements with a view to passing any relevant information onto the sales executive/transaction manager, keeping the customer experience smooth.
Responsible for keeping up to date with the latest product information and ensuring all retailer staff are also kept up to date on the latest products and that their knowledge is of a high standard.
Proactively approaching customers in the showroom to offer help/advice.
Introducing the customer to the sales executive/transaction manager when they express interest in buying.
Involvement in sales events/launch events.
Person Specification:
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Able to provide a first class customer service.
Passion for automotive technology.
Ability to work autonomously.
Team orientated personality.
Always keen to help and support others.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £23,000.00 per year
