DESCRIPTION

Team Profile

This role will be responsible for supporting the Firm's Enterprise Controls Program. The successful candidate will report to a senior Executive Director in the Compliance Management Group in New York (and locally to the London-based Managing Director providing dedicated support on Enterprise Controls) and involves close co-ordination with individuals from across the Firm who are engaged in implementing changes to the Firm's Risk and Control framework. In particular, the individual will work closely with Global Compliance, Operational Risk, LCD Operations, and the business and infrastructure divisions responsible for the creation and ongoing management of the Firm's control framework. Further, the role will help identify risk themes and track outcomes and deliverables from the Enterprise Controls Committee.

QUALIFICATIONS

Primary Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities will include:
> Supporting the Enterprise Controls Program through
o Research and Analytics
o Drafting of Enterprise Controls Committee and Non-Financial Risk related materials
o Tracking deliverables to completion
o Maintenance of the Enterprise Controls Committee charter
o Creation of regulatory and management reporting
> Assisting with delivery of Global Control Review recommendations 1-7, as needed
> Aiding with the implementation of any new recommendations adopted by the Enterprise Controls Committee
> Contributing to the ongoing development, maintenance, and alignment of Non-Financial Risk Programs
> Staying up to date on internal risk and control issues
> Keeping abreast of emerging risks in the industry and areas of regulatory focus areas
> Undertaking any other tasks and projects, as required

> Proven leadership skills, including the ability to navigate a headstrong collection of senior colleagues
> Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills
> High attention to detail
> Strong on organisation with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
> Self-Starter and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Technical Skills
> Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Teams preferred
