Kingdom Services Group are a key partner to Morrisons Supermarkets, and we have a great opportunity for an Enhanced Security Officer to join our team. Based within our Chorlton Store, you will receive 1st class training, enabling you to become a Security Brand Ambassador for Kingdom Security, whilst protecting and supporting the customer journey and shopping experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Security Officer looking to develop their career with an Industry Leading Security Service Provider. Where: Morrisons store in Chorlton, Manchester, M21 area When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP Hours: On average 46 hours per week. Tuesday - Friday 07.00 - 15.00, Saturday 15.00 - 23.00 & Sunday 11.00 - 17.00. Salary: £13.32 per hour What’s in it for you? Advanced ‘MySecurity Training’ Morrisons specific CCTV training Advanced training covering a variety of topics including mental health, conflict management and customer service Access to a tablet/connected device providing you with real-time security updates Career development & progression opportunities A friendly and supportive team About the role: First point of contact for Kingdom Security officers in store Working closely with the local police and crime hubs gathering intel on prolific shoplifters in the area Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel Providing a visible deterrent within the store Reducing shrink/stock loss Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner About you: A minimum of 12 months experience – preferably within Retail Security A valid DS SIA License / Own transport preferred Have the ability to manage conflict in a balanced and professional manner Knowledge and experience of A.S.C.O.N.E & PACE A full five-year checkable employment history If this sounds like you and you’d like to begin your journey on a career in security with Kingdom Services Group, we’d love to talk to you.
