We are looking for high potential, highly motivated individuals to join our engineering team working in various disciplines across the Design organisation, including Mechanical, Electrical,
Civil/Structural, Piping, Procurement, Project Controls and Project Execution.

Depending upon your experience and formal qualifications Air Products will develop your individual training plan. This may consist of on-the-job training and internal training to gain NVQ qualification or part-time day release for learning at a local college if appropriate.
Air Products will assist with college and examination fees, and you can expect a competitive salary. There’s also a comprehensive benefits package, including 26 days’ annual holiday, pension scheme, fitness centre, sports and social club.
Successful applicants will be invited for an assessment at Hersham, our European Head Office.

- 5 GCSE’s grade C or above (including mathematics/science)
- additionally, higher education such as A Levels (maths and/ or physics preferred)/BTEC/National Certificate/HNC/D or other work-related engineering experience.
