Job: Bar Staff (Full-time or part-time to late December 2022 / early Jan 2023)
Salary: £12 per hr (London Living wage) plus staff discounts
Hours: Full time or part time available. Thursday - Sunday.
Location: Windsor, Berkshire
Reports to: Taproom Manager
Two Flints is a new craft brewery and taproom based in a railway arch in the heart of Windsor. Our rotating tap list focuses on modern, fresh and seasonal beer and aims to provide a diverse range of tastes and experiences, fostering our belief that there is a beer for everyone.
Job Description
You will be working closely with the Taproom General Manager maintaining our high standards in the Taproom making sure our customers have the best experience possible.
Responsibilities
- Following opening and closing procedures
- Greeting every guest with a smile, and showing them what Two Flints is all about.
- Maintaining standards of cleanliness & hygiene in the bar as well as keeping the bar and stock neat and organised.
- Prepare and serve drinks to the highest standard
- Coming up with ideas and helping the Taproom General Manager to organise and run events.

- Two Flints is in the heart of Windsor directly beneath Windsor and Eton Central train station with excellent links to London.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and based at the brewery.
- Start date late December / early January
