Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking for your next career move? or an LCV Technician looking to convert to HGV?
Our client is an approved DAF Truck dealership and is on the lookout for a fully skilled Commercial Vehicle Technician. As the new Fitter, you will join a friendly team which will see you working 5 days a week on the following shift rota in a approved DAF dealership
Week 1 Monday to Friday 6.00am – 14.30pm
Week 2 Monday to Friday 14.00pm – 22.30pm
Basic Salary £32,615 - £34,695 dependant on experience
OTE £45,000!!

As an HGV Mechanic we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:
- Time served Technician with City & Guilds or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year post Apprentice experience.
- Diagnostics
- Safety Inspections
- Routine Maintenance
- General mechanical ability.
- Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.
It would be advantageous if you had:
- DAF product experience.
- Irtec Licence.
- HGV Licence.
Your main duty as an experienced HGV Engineer will be to ensure all automotive customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible. As the HGV Technician you will be required to service, adjust, and repair vehicles or components using the tools in a safe and proper manner, efficiently, within the allocated time and to the required standard.
